8 OCTOBER 2013 : Analysis of the Consultation on Redesigning the Community Justice System

Earlier this year, the Scottish Government consulted on Redesigning the Community Justice System.  During the Consultation period, a series of 13 Stakeholder Events were held around Scotland, attended by over 500 participants, and 112 written responses were received.  A summary of the Stakeholder events is available to view on the Scottish Government website.

MAPPA Annual Reports 2012-2013

The Criminal Justice Act 2003 requires local Criminal Justice Agencies working in partnership to make arrangements (Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements - MAPPA) to assess and manage the risk posed by sexual and violent offenders in their area. The Act also requires them to publish an annual report setting out how the arrangements are working in their area; as such, Fife and Forth Valley published their Annual Reports for 2012-2013 on Friday 13th September 2013.

JUNE 2013: Redesigning the Community Justice System : Consultation Reponses

Written responses from stakeholders and other interested parties on the Scottish Government proposals to Redesign the Community Justice System, are now available on the Scottish Government Website.

In total, 112 responses have been received and published.

MAY 2013: Equalities Outcomes and Mainstreaming Report April 2013

Under the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Regulations 2012, the Public Sector Equality Duty requires public authorities, in the exercise of their functions, to publish an Equalities Outcomes and Mainstreaming Report.  The Fife and Forth Valley Community Justice Authority Equalities Outcomes and Mainstreaming Report April 2013 can be accessed by following the link below:
